Staff and atmosphere were excellent but I paid over a little over 25 bucks for the food (30 with tip) and the tiny portion of ribs I received was dried out, the coleslaw was not to my liking but the Mac and cheese was good. Clean bathrooms, super friendly staff, and I did like the atmosphere but the food was not worth the 25 bucks. Sorry….

The Cowboy Burrito is a flavor explosion in all the right ways. Perfectly cooked brisket, woodys creamy mac n cheese, beans, and a few perfectly placed jalapeños rolled into one enormous Burrito. This may be the best (and most interesting) new menu item in town.

My wife had the baked potato with pulled pork, and I had the 2 meat plate (Turkey & Burnt ends,) with beans and Mac and cheese. The order was correct and ready in a good time. Sauces were available and able to be sampled. The atmosphere was family friendly and the closest to Texas BBQ that we’ve had in Colorado.

Service is incredibly friendly and attentive. Bbq is solid and a big shout out for the Burnt Ends. Brisket was tender and lean. Mac n cheese was good. Original bbq sauce is great. I think the hot could be a bit more..but personal preference. Campfire beans were just okay in my opinion for a bbq joint. A new favorite for my visits to Alamosa.p

We had a wonderful experience at Woody’s Q Shack in Alamosa today for lunch. We were driving through Alamosa and decided to stop for lunch. My husband had the Woody’s Burger and I had a pulled pork sandwich. Both were excellent. The staff is very friendly and service was great. We’re from Texas and know our BBQ; this was definitely worth the stop!

Delicious! Nice location, clean setup, staff was friendly & helpful. The Spicy Wild Boar sauce was phenomenal! Ribs were cooked just right, Mac & cheese was good. Big projector screen playing with golf on, which was excellent. Definitely hit the spot & I will be stopping by once more before heading back north.

Pitmaster rolls! Yes that is Mac & cheese, pulled pork and green chilies rolled and deep fried. Deep it in the hot mama sauce so good! All the meats were smoked to perfection! The service was outstanding!
