Excellent food. I’ve eaten almost everything on the menu. And so far everything is delicious. They give good size portions. I like the steak and cheese calzones the Best . Pizza is fantastic, the pasta dinners are amazing. You definitely want to try their grilled chicken salad. They are always busy, but well worth the wait. The staff is excellent, always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Woonsocket palace pizza, it’s a diamond in the rough!

Besides having the best pizza and calzones in the city, yesterday I had a chicken stir fry wrap and it was amazing!!! The chicken tasted so good. With only a few workers, I am amazed by the quality of food they make. Everytime I go in, their busy but seems to make the food so good. I always recommend Palace Pizza to my family and friends especially if “Coach” is working.

This has always been one of my favorite pizza places. It is my go to spot to order from. However the last two experiences I’ve had with the restaurant have been negative and now I won’t go back here anymore. This last experience was the nail in the coffin for me. The delivery driver Travis Champaign refuses to deliver to my house just because I got a divorce from his friend. No other issue with him other than I’m no longer married to his friend. Mind you it’s been 2 years since the divorce. It was so embarrassing and unprofessional to be told that I am being refused service due to the driver having a problem with me. I was offered to pick up my food from the business but who wants to go in there after being told something like that. Never mind the time prior when I called to give feedback about my salad not being edible. The way that situation was handled by 2 different employees was horrible also. I’m so very disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE OWNER!! Mind you I eat here almost everyday, always leave a tip & never have had an issue, until YESTERDAY!!! I ordered the garlic cheese bread which was LITERALLY just a roll of bread with some cheese & garlic seasoning in it.. didn’t even leave the premises, tried a bite of it and was absolutely disgusted, so went inside to ask for a refund & the owner VERY RUDELY told me no& gave me an attitude & even though I stated I order from them ALL THE TIME he told me he doesn’t care to lose my business. I will NEVER eat here again, despite how much I love the food ; I will not be treated like that or talked to like that! I’ve seen plenty of bad reviews where they wrote back & tried to reconcile their wrong doings, but the fact that I walked right back in the store & let them know I was an unsatisfied customer and got talked to the way that I did… You’ve lost this customer for good.
