Worst Asian restaurant ever. I can be sure that the baos are not freshly sreamed. All the baos can be purchased at any Asian grocery store for around $5 in Frozen bags containing 6 baos, and the restaurant charges for more than $3 for each bao.

Tried to order delivery through Doordash. I ordered chicken teriyaki baos, and they were out. They waited until my driver was at the store and then told her to call me to tell me to cancel my order (which at this point was nonrefundable because the driver was already there and Wow Bao had indicated that they had started preparing the food). I asked through the driver if the restaurant could just give me literally anything else as a substitute or just drop the missing item, and they said that there was no choice but to cancel my entire order. I don’t know if they just dropped the ball with accepting an order they weren’t prepared for, or if they were trying to avoid bad reviews/metrics by making me cancel the order instead of cancelling it themselves, but this was a subpar customer experience.
