DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered food and never received it. Then when you call you get a corporate number so you can’t reach the restaurant. I waited for 2 hours and 4 drivers later. Then the driver stated they didn’t have the enough food…REALLY!!!! So I guess calling isn’t an option so I didn’t get my order and too late to get anything else. Please go out of business and leave it to the professionals. Truly no excuse at all!!! I want more than just my money back. Someone needs to pick up the phone and let their customers know what is going on.

Ordered on Uber Eats and wow, never ordering or going here again. Missed 1/3 of the order and everything was a mess. The bao tears open from the paper and our dumplings were basically salad. Serially disappointed.

This HAS to be a joke, right??? This looked like some kind of canned food. I had better food from my high-school cafeteria!!! Orderd on door dash and the delivery was amazing, but the food was disgusting! Waterd down soy sauce and bell pepper. Don’t even get me started on the fact that there was ZERO chicken on my “spicy chicken rice bowl” or that the pot stickers were hard and filled with 100% cabbage or some other unidentifiable fibrous plant.”

I’m just getting over being sick and I was starving for some thing satisfying so I ordered a teriyaki bowl for 1799 with extra meat for an extra four dollars. I got what has to be the tiniest portion I’ve ever seen in my life. The meal they sent wasn’t large enough to feed a child much less than adult, and to charge extra for the additional protein was a complete rip off. On top of it the food was totally bland. Super disappointing I would never order from them again!!!

Extremely disappointed in the food. Ordered the Spicy Kung Pao Chicken bowl with two Baos. The small portioned rice bowl had a huge piece of fatty chicken skin in it, there were zero peanuts, and no vegetables. It was like bad cafeteria food. I’m giving one star because the Teriyaki Chicken and BBQ Chicken Baos were decent. Nothing special AND not worth $20 at all.

Abysmal food, flavor and portion-wise. You can do better getting something frozen at the dollar store. Ordered the orange chicken bowl with two bao buns combo; the bowl was a pile of rice with a spoonful of sauce, about six-seven little pea-sized pieces of meat (no exaggeration), and bell peppers for filler. The buns were supposed to be BBQ pork and cheeseburger, but I couldn’t tell which was which because they both tasted like nothing and looked the exact same on the inside of the bun.

Really really bad food. Pot stickers were hard around the edeges – kung kao chicken? OMFG- looks like it came out of a 20 yr old can. I didn’tvrealize it till I ordered from Grub Hub and later google Wow Bao- it’ts not even a restaurant ! It’s a trailer sitting on a lot off Baltimore St- Not a food truck- a trailer. This is clearly extremely poor quality canned or frozen stuff that these guys reheat and sell as restaurant food

This place is incredible. Bao are perfect even delivered. Yes the paper may stick a little bit but the flavor will make you say who gives a funk. Bowls are surprisingly good. Healthier alternative to msg-full deep fried glop from all the Chinese spots around. Dumplings (even pan fried, boxed, and delivered) are legit. You can tell this place prioritizes ingredients and flavor when they make every damn thing.

Wow Bao isn’t an actual restaurant. It’s a ghost kitchen that preps food and you can only order using delivery apps. The staff preps and packages the food really well. I actually came back and changed my review to a 5 stars. The food was impressive.
