I’ve lived in Atlanta for 26 yrs and drove by this spot a million times. But, I stopped in to do some business with a friend and decided to get something. I really wasn’t hungry and as a vegetarian all I wanted were some greens that didn’t have meat in them. I was told I could order quite a few things that didn’t have meat, so I ordered Cabbage, cornbread, and macaroni and cheese. NOT the fake Kraft mac&cheese you get today. But the real stuff.

This is the worst BBQ I’ve ever had. Ordered rip tip dinner. The rib tips were mostly bones. And the meat tasted poorly; almost kind of sour. Turnip greens were nasty. Only thing good was sweet potatoes, which you can’t mess up. I was born and raised in this town, and this was my first time here. DO NOT waste your money. Go to Anna’s or Fox Brothers.

Best Ribs in Atlanta PERIODT!!!! THAT’S IT THAT’S ALL. I’ve been coming here since I was a child first with my great grandma, moma and now it’s me bringing others. The ribs have not CHANGED THEY ARE THE BOMB! Don’t let this little shack fool ya. It’s the best. They sell soul food and here it is just as good but I come for the ribs.
