Brussels sprout appetizer is great! Lots of Korean influence across the menu. Also got the truffle fries(good truffle flavor), pulled pork sandwich, and kimchi tacos. Was told to avoid the ramen by a friend since it wasn’t very authentic and allegedly had smaller portion.

I went in to have a dinner. I ordered lettuce wrap and spicy Ramen with pork belly. Both dishes were very good and impressed but little bit salty for me, however I had them all. Lol. Drinks was perfect. They use the good liquor with a real good price. I would be rate them 5 stars if my bartender/waiter just give some smile (or maybe just his character…I don’t know) but staff/restaurant should give customers a nice and relax vibe not make customer feel uncomfortable.

I had the pork belly fried rice and it was not good at all. Came topped with a fried egg that was so burnt i could not cut it up. The pork belly tasted like it was taking out of the back of the managers special at the supermarket meat section. Extra fatty with no flavor. Had about 4 bites. Tried telling bar tender, but wasn’t quick enough as she walked away..finally told her and she said I will talk to the chef.. then just brought our check and did nothing. Not even a comp on the gross pork belly..no concern for customers happiness. Should say the 2 people i was with enjoyed what they had.

My X Vault experience started with Sean the bartender making me a Cobbler, a delicious and complicated drink that was very flavorful. The drink alone was worth 5 stars, then the food came out: X Vault Burger, Beef Kimchi Tacos, Lettuce Wraps, Kimchi Fried Rice with Pork Belly, and sushi.

Loved every minute of my time at The X Vault, and every drink- and believe me, my friends and I tried most of them 😉 the crunch funk sushi roll is highly recommended. Go on an empty stomach because you’ll want to try everything. Start with the French onion soup and make an afternoon of it from there. The service from the servers to the bar tenders is enough to make a regular out of anyone.

Great food,the only issue I have is their “to go” ordering.The bell to get your order has been broken for months so now you have to go to the bar and wait for someone to get your order.Most of time the bartenders are extremely busy so you have to wait for what seems forever for someone to help you while everyone at the bar stares at you awkwardly.Most other establishments in the area offer an online service where you can pay online as well as leave a tip and the food is waiting for you in a designated spot to pick up.Hopefully in time, they will do something similar as well.
