This is a mom and pop restaurant serving Xi’An cuisine. The exterior signage can’t be any bigger: with 4 big Chinese characters covering the entirety of each of the 4 glass panels. The interior is ad hoc at best. But the packing boxes piling up right besides the entrance is totally uncalled for.

Loved the bing biang noodle – you Bo mian – the wide noodle with the spices tastes so good! Do not reallly like the sweetness of Yu Xiang rou si – shredded pork. The lady owner is very friendly.

Great spicy flavors with an interesting range of spicy. Big portions for the size too. Place itself is pretty small and doesn’t look amazing but the food itself is really good, especially if you like wide noodles.

As I at in my vehicle parked in front of this establishment a female came out of the door and spit something from her mouth onto my vehicle. She then retrieved mail from the mailbox beside the door and went back inside. In disbelief, I got out of my and saw something green that looked like a vegetable this female had spit onto my vehicl. Imagine what is done to food they prepare behind closed doors.

It’s a tiny unattractive place.. only go for take out…the food was just ok and oddly put on top of the rice.. so the rice was very sticky; the beef in the “beef with broccoli” could have been anything.. it looked like chicken thigh meat. But the broccoli (large amt!) was delicious! Weird.

Their liangpi and rou jia mo are extremely good and authentic. The chili oil they use for the liangpi is very potent, so if you want to taste the flavor ask for less chili oil.
