The noodles are very tasty and the soup that comes with noodles is also good. I feel that is very authentic Asian food you can get. Maybe the time I went to eat is not busy hour, the atmosphere is very relaxing and quiet. I recommend Dandan noodles if you like spicy food.

Love Xian. We usually go to the Domain location but were in the area and decided to check this new location out. Very happy with the food quality- our usual order is the Dan Dan Noodles and Shrimp Fried Rice. Both were delicious & of their usual quality and freshness. Their Dan Dan is more of a sichuan beef noodle soup, but it has a very special, rich broth. The Fried Rice has some extra ingredient added to it (probably lard, lol) that makes it taste a league above other fried rice. My son thinks the unflavored, steamed noodles are a culinary treat… So glad we have a closer location to us.

Ordered the creamy tonkotsu with wontons and chashu, each of which said ($1) next to them. Imagine my surprise when the bill came and it listed $4 for the chashu. When I questioned why I was told that the first protein is $1 and the 2nd is $4. I told him that had the menu stated that, or had the waitress told me that, then there would be no issue. The waiter, who claimed to be a manager, refused to adjust the bill even though he had no excuse for why the menu is blatantly misleading. I guess they’d rather $3 and not have my business.

Love Xian Noodles- they have several locations. This one opened two months ago and is closer to Georgetown where we live. The service was great, the food was wonderful. The Dandan Noodles with Tofu was perfectly spiced with lots of heat and the Stir Fried Noodles from the lunch special was just as good. The noodles tasted fresh and delicious. The portions are massive so be prepared to share unless like us, we ordered our own to enjoy the left overs at home! This restaurant is highly recommended.

OMG really sums up this experience. The food was SOOO GOOD. We’ had the Xian noodle with vermicelli and extra sauce.. I All off the vegetables, meat, and seasoning tastes really fresh and it was presented and packaged so perfectly (to go). It’s the best pork noodle ii think I’ve ever had!! The sushi was SUBLIME as well. This is my new favorite restaurant in Round Rock, ❤️

Let me say the food is amazing. It truly is fantastic. The SMELL in there is HORRIFIC and their hours aren’t what they post. Got there at 2:46 (they close at 3) today, they were already all shut down when I walked in the lights were off and the horrible smell everywhere. I said hello? Two guys came out of the kitchen telling me they were closed. I said the door is open and it’s not 3p. They didn’t understand. I had been trying to call 10 min prior to that with no answer. So they close down more than 25 min prior to 3p. Their signage should reflect that they actually close at 2:30p. I drove very far to reach them on time just to be told no when getting there and calling within their time frame. That was disappointing. I also will never eat there in person again. The odor is really that bad.
