Ordered a dish and it was not noted as spicy. Called management and they actually argued with me told me its different with Chinese food. What!? All other dishes were noted as spicy, not this one! Very poor management, will never order her again!

Xin Xing was one of our go-to Chinese food places, but, they’ve got skimpy lately with the amount of food they pack in an order. Also, the quality of food isn’t as great as it used to be. The vegetable fried rice has more onion than any other vegetable. Lastly, it’s one of the few Chinese food places that charges a delivery fee, regardless of order size or distance from the restaurant.

The food is good if they can just give me what I order…I’ve been there two days in a row. Not sure why they keep messing up my order. If I order wonton soup, that’s what I want…not chicken noodle soup. If I order brown rice, that’s what I want…not white. Disappointed…
