I have been patronizing this Chinese store for many years, and I think this is the last straw. The quality of food is inconsistent and the service is bearable to down right rude and yesterday was exactly that. I haven’t ordered from them since Covid19 happened, but 2 weeks ago I ordered bean curd in garlic sauce with brocolli and an order of wings.my food came promptly and it was delicious The wings were large & fried correctly & crispy despite being drenched in ketchup and barbecue sauce. I thought things were looking up with their food quality and attitude… nope! I ordered another order of wings and their Szechuan beef. The wings were small and quality of the chicken wasnt good As for the beef 1st thing I noticed was they packed it with rice and the Szechuan beef was maybe a quarter of the rectangle container. Made my son a plate and when I went to bite into a larger piece i got this stringy mushy taste which i promptly spit out. I have never ever gotten undercooked chinese food. But low and behold it was pink and raw in the middle. I called back to inform them and the lady on the phone really tried to tell me the beef is supposed to be tender and that the meat was cooked and that my eyes and mouth were deceiving me. At that point I realized they didnt care and saved my breath and hung up. I wind up throwing out mostly untouched food. I won’t be ordering from them again…

An ugly scar to the Chinese food Franchise . My first encounter ordering for delivery they took 2 hrs before they arrived, I noticed that they give u a different tray from the one they give u when u pick up the food yourself and these delivery trays are smaller. My second delivery experience the driver literally started driving off before I could get my arm out of the car , I also ordered had two separate orders both asking for double obay chicken and as it can clearly been seen in the picture they only gave one…. and they did it with both orders… I made the decision not to deal with them anymore

The food was amazing the best part is they allow to delivery combo and comes with 1 free can of soda or water it’s amazing!!! The juicy sauce makes the ribs extra delicious. The soda is balance and cheaper, such as large ice tea or lemonade only $2 meanwhile small ice tea or lemonade only $1 what a huge deal!! From today I notice that this is the best Chinese restaurant food I ate in my entire life.

Food was fresh and delicious! So excited that they had tofu on the menu!!! Had the sesame tofu with vegetable fried rice . Delivery person was very professional and timely. Will definitely patron again!

Food is mediocre despite of their 3 star rating review I still gave them a try….and meng should had known better! I added a shrimp roll to my order they forgot to add it to the bill and to the order all together!….delivery guy tells me he is downstairs turns out he was 10 minutes away from destination! Never again I will order from them again!

The food was meh and the delivery guy told me my order was $27 when in fact it was $26.25. Yeah he robbed me of .75 cents but really? I usually tip 30% esp when the delivery is fast and without issues. Plus he rolls up in a suv and I had to go and grab it. I’d much rather pay the guy on the bike at . New Xing Wang on burnside, They deliver and the food is way much better. Won’t be going back to this place.

The food is mediocre, when I ask for extra sauce they catch an attitude I have a debate match with them I paid money for my order the condiments are supposed to be free – 2 sauce packets aren’t going to cut it. They don’t give free fortune cookies and the lady taking orders needs to learn how to be friendly, you can’t conduct yourself with an attitude running a business it’s common sense. The food ain’t that appetizing for it to be acceptable for the disrespect.
