Wow. First of all, the staff was phenomenal. Secondly, the food was really good. I got the Ceviche bowl as a way of going out of my typical and it did not disappoint, fresh flavors and the plantains were something I did not expect to like but really did! Third, we’d been trying to find other places to eat in Manchester, they were all full, I was making call after call, I’m super glad the other places were full though because it led us here.

First time here, and I’m not sure if I would jump at the chance to go back. The best thing about this place is that the customer service here is on point. The worst part is sitting in what I like to call the “after thought” room. The tables and chairs are cheap, like you’re sitting at a kids’ birthday party, and there is next to nothing for the atmosphere in this section of the restaurant. And that sucks when you’re about to drop $150 on a meal.

We decided to check this place out. We got right in on a Saturday night. It wasn’t packed and the atmosphere was nice. The drinks were great and so incredibly fast! The staff was super friendly and prompt. We placed our order and waited! And waited! It took a bit but when the food came out it looked delicious and delightful. I did like it but wasn’t super impressed. Many good reviews and I’m not trying to bash the place but the food was ok. It was a great experience but for they money, I could make the same food at home. We may go back.

My husband and I just had our wedding at XO Bistro. We cannot say enough great things about our experience. Melissa was attentive and thorough through the planning experience leading up to our special day. Steve and staff were incredible! Their smiles, attention to detail, and attentiveness made us and our guests feel special. The food and drinks were exceptional. The ambiance was perfect for our intimate celebration with about 40 guests. We can honestly say that we both look forward to celebrating not only anniversaries but all of our special days with XO.

The food was not bad, but the drinks were below what I expected from pictures and other reviews. Our martini came in a whiskey glass full of ice and tasted extremely watered down. When we asked, the server said she had brought us an old fashioned by accident (though even for an old fashioned it would have been very watered down)

Menu attractive, food was good. Service was slow/avg/poor. Bar-based waitress was too busy talking/flirting with bar patrons to take care of tables. No check-ins for refills / condiments / check without demanding their attention. Manager/Owner too busy yuk-ing it up with regulars/locals to care. Lesson learned: Don’t order from the specials without asking the price first. The price of a seafood stuffed ravioli dish was NYC prices in Manchester, NH.

Let me just say, if you wanna go, GOOOOOOO. I books a table for two and there was traffic on my way to the restaurant I called and told them I will be few minutes late they were very understanding and very kind over the phone. Everyone is so nice and kind. I and my girl went there for her 22nd birthday and let me tell you the food was amazing, the drink let’s not even go there. I would definitely recommend. The place is so clean, calm music and there was even a guy singing outside. The ladies and that one guy with curly hair (I forgot his name) they were so welcoming it’s just amazing. Can’t wait to go back next week. I love this play so much.
