Genuine Japanese experience with Fresh Ramen ingredients! Very tasty food with a soft dining environment. The staff speak little English, but we’re very attentive in their service. The edamame’s are highly recommended. Overall great experience! We enjoyed our time together and shared a wonderful meal! The chicken karnage was excellent, tender with just the right amount of crunch.

First time trying food here. Small dining area had boxes in the walkway. Customer service was good, I asked questions and the counter person was able to offer a few suggestions. I ended up ordering the Chicken Karaage appetizer that stated on the menu that it was spicy. It was basically not well cooked bland chicken pieces and served with a tiny container of some type of horseradish sauce where the spiciness resides? I also ordered their Miso, and the broth was a little too bland for my taste. Finally for the main dish I ordered the “Love me crunchy tuna” bowl and it was actually very well made and tasted good. Certainly the star of the show. It included good Spicy tuna, (good portion as well) jalapeños, avocado, cucumber and seaweed salad. The rice was perfect. The crunchy pieces and the sauce were very good. I’d like to give them another try to test out the Ramen. For now it is about 3.5 stars for me. Prices not cheap. $16 for the bowl alone.

It is a nice little place that can get super busy. I like to order the make your own bowl with spicy tuna and spicy salmon. The portions are served super well. I enjoy this place at least once a week. Take out or eat in, the place is phenomenal, and the orders are always made with love. You can tell they care. My wife likes to get the Bento Box. She had teriyaki chicken this past time. If you want to eat in and don’t want to wait too much during their busy hours, order ahead of getting there. You will not be disappointed.

Just moved to Albuquerque from the Big Island and so far this is probably the worst place to get Poke. For the price, portion is small and filled with too much rice. Sauces are a bit bland. Mango was frozen. SALMON IS NOT FRESH!

The food I ordered, Korean short ribs bento box, was disappointing. The ribs were grisly and had an off putting taste, the vegetable tempura was ok but somewhat soggy. The salad was fine. Service was good. Not much atmosphere. I wouldn’t order there again though they have many choices on the menu so some choices could be better prepared, hopefully, than what I ordered.
