I had the brisket sandwich. It was good quality meat, and well prepared. The sauce is unlike any I’ve had before, but very tasty. The sandwich came with a bag of chips that were locally made from locally grown potatoes. I’m only in the area for a short time, but would definitely eat here again.

Traveling Life
One of the strangest experiences I have ever had. I stopped by yesterday at 6:30 pm to get some dinner. The open sign was on & an employee was at the window. They asked what I wanted to order & I said that I needed to look at the menu—the menu is written on a chalkboard to the left of the window. I looked at it for no more than 2 minutes & when I turned back to the window the employee had turned off the open sign and the lights in the food truck. I was stunned. The hours posted were until 7 pm so it wasn’t closing time. I stood there in disbelief for a couple of minutes before getting into my car & driving away. If this is how customers are treated, it makes sense that the parking lot was empty. If you do go there, order fast.

We had to wait about 15 minutes for our food but it was worth the wait. I had the cuban and it was so delicious. It was heavy on the yellow mustard but I liked it. My husband had the brisket and said it was great. The cranberry apple coleslaw is my new favorite!!!
