The newest hot pot spot in Providence and its definitely worth checking out. This is the first all you can eat hot pot restaurant I’ve ever been to and it is a different experience than La Mei, for example, but still great in its own way. The sauce bar here is unparalleled. The quality of the food was good, but I do prefer the proteins at La Mei. The service was good, but they did cut our disgusting, gluttonous selves off eventually. Dinner will cost right around $100, but it’ll be the only time you need to eat all day… if you do it right.

This is the best restaurant I have ever been to. The variety of options and quality of food is infinite and fantastic. The design and atmosphere is welcoming and warm. The staff was kind as well as provided excellent service. I’ve been here twice and I hope to go again, would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The service is really unappreciated and poor. Idk who is running this business but it really needs to be fixed. We have been here for 3 times and get really disappointed with the service. The servers need to be re-training how to serve hotpot since they don’t really know what they’re doing. Every single time we dine-in, the same problem happened that we went for diner as a group of 4 and we placed orders the foods for hotpot ,which the servers really didn’t understand or they intentionally did that, the servers brought out food for only 1 person. It’s so annoying that we kept telling them how many orders we wanted since we went group of 4.

I have been here numerous times. After going to numerous all-you-eat restaurants in Boston, I think this one is my favorite. I love the vibe and the Sichuan-style broth is so authentic and tastes soooo good. Better than all the Sichuan-flavors I have tried in Boston. If you love spicy-food, then you have to try it! Service was really great and our server was really personable and cute! That is hard to find in an all-you-can-eat place. The only negative was the lighting. For someone with bad eye-site it was kind of dark…but that’s my problem 🙂

food was great and the waiter was very polite but the women who sat us was very rude. we came 2 hours before closing and were told 4 TIMES within an hour that the kitchen closes at 11. i would’ve been fine with that if it wasn’t for her attitude. she started cleaning the table in silence when we JUST started eating. the place is great but that woman really made us feel bad that we were there 2 hours before closing. as a waitress myself i know customer service VERY well and was severely disappointed with the service we were given.i promise im not a karen lol but this was definitely one of the worst customer service i’ve experienced EVER.
