Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, they happily took the extra charge for the extra cheese and completed disregarded the request. It was a genuinely bad pizza and was borderline dried out. A Little Caesar’s hot and ready is a higher quality pizza than what this place offers. I also ordered their wings which were totally overcooked. The chicken had a consistency that suggested it had been frozen for a very long time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, literally any other pizza place will be better than these guys.

I hate leaving this review since Yaghi’s has been our family’s go-to for a few years now. But in the past month, the quality has taken a serious dip. On one occasion they gave us somebody else’s order, and on the other they got the order wrong. Even for the things they got right, the quality was absolutely terrible. We wound up throwing most it away.

Food is amazing here.. but service today not so much. I placed an order no issue, but when the delivery guy arrived he seemed off. I didn’t think much of it and took the order but I saw the guy rush and almost sprint as he went downstairs which I thought was weird.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go. I really enjoyed the service and the pizza was always so fresh and tasty. Today I called to place an order for pick up. My daughter was in that area and offered to pick it up. I called back to check on the status of the order so I in turn can give my daughter an update. John answered the phone and was the most rudest person I have talked to in my life. I called back just to get hung up on. I thought it was something I did on my end so I tried a few times more just to get continuously hung up on. I remember when this establishment was something to brag on. I miss talking to people like James. I have been a customer for a very long time but would not recommend this place. Their pizza isn’t as good as it used to be either. One star is way too much to give but I’m unable to give any less. Hopefully this John person is not the owner, if so know you are not the only one he’s been rude and disrespectful to.
