Short ribs are the most tender! Fantastic flavor and texture. Friendly staff. Upscale casual next to outdoor patio – more of a hotel lobby feel than a sushi restaurant. Multiple options for hot tea.

WOW! Let me take a second to appreciate the incredible meal that I just had. First off, Chef Dan is a legend. He’s incredible passionate about his job and if you ask, he will teach you so much about the food. TJ and Julianna also took very good care of me. I had the Toro hand roll, sushi nachos (YUM), a Peruvian-inspired Gazpacho dish w/ Japanese snapper, and a king crab dish that melted in my mouth. I rather enjoyed the ‘Bee-Utah-Full’ cocktail – the lavender on top of the egg white foam was perfection! Sit at the sushi bar if you can. My expectations were shattered and I cannot wait to come back for another meal!

I ate at the sushi bar on a Saturday evening. I was the only one at the bar. The sushi showcase was bare and sad looking. I ordered the Chefs Selection of sashimi. The presentation was nice however the texture of both the yellowtail and the tuna were mealy. Despite me not eating 90% of the sushi on the plate, neither the server, nor the chef (whom I was sitting right in front of) asked how the meal was nor why I was leaving so much uneaten. Overall this was disappointing experience.

The food was fantastic!! Sushi nachos and peanut butter miso cups were our fave. Montage roll was great. Saki was solid. Very good service, but food takes time. As for atmosphere, one wall is a simple partition from the lounge. I thought the atmosphere was fun because we had the buzz and live music from the lounge. Definitely not a typical restaurant setting, though.

Amazing food and excellent service! Claire provided impeccable service! Super friendly and a joy to be with, we are so glad she was able to make our dinner even more special! TJ was wonderful and helped us fine the perfect wines to go with our dinner. There are no words to describe how good the sushi was, excellent job team! Thanks again for an incredible experience!!
