Place has gone down hill the last year. They will nickel and dime you for any modifications, send you the wrong order with missing items and fish does not seem to taste fresh. Ordered for the poke tuna salad recently and asked for dressing on the side, for the 2nd time in a row my dressing was not on the side, it was missing the crab and just a blah salad. I also ordered the dragon roll but asked for no eel and asked for cream cheese and soy paper instead. Got charged 2.00 for masago (already on the roll)

Been there twice in a week. Took our daughter, a real Sushi critic . We all love it. I’ve ordered Pineapple Chicken and Sesame Chicken. Wife ordered the vegetable Scallops dish. Last time she ordered Sushi. Everything is always great. We feel bad that they are not busier. Try it out even for carry out!!!

Don’t let the exterior fool you, Yama Sushi is amazing. Once you open the door, the atmosphere is so cool. Great music. Friendly wait staff. Such good food. We didn’t have one roll we didn’t like. Visiting from out of town, and will return on our next visit.

This is a great place if you love sushi. The rolls are unique and inventive, the fish is fresh, and the wait staff is so attentive. Yama offers a great selection of no rice options, if you are carb conscious. My husband had an avocado appetizer that he loved. The atmosphere is beautiful, very open and airy with soothing colors. The staff here is very welcoming and friendly. Definitely worth trying this place as you will not be disappointed.

DO NOT EAT HERE, THE CHEFS DO NOT PAY ATTENTION WHEN PREPARING YOUR FOOD!! My friend found a shard of glass in her food it was very scary. I got food poisoning as well. The service there was nice and the girl that wears pretty makeup, has nose piercings and pig tails did amazing!! the man at the front desk was very friendly so pls exclude them from this review cuz they were so nice. but GLASS SHARDS IN FOOD ARE NOT OKAY!! Please eat here with caution!!

I’ve been ordering from here regularly as a treat to myself every once in a while at the end of a work week, and always loved their agedashi tofu, miso soup, and rainbow rolls, though I have experimented with other rolls as well and they’re always splendid.
