This place was found in a strip mall and tuck away in the corner. This place location gives it no justice for how great it truly is!! The owner and his wife are warm and welcoming with great sense of humor. We ordered a flaming roll and Ramen. The roll was delicious filled with fresh seafood. The Ramen broth was great and pork was cooked perfectly. Forget about the location just find this place and enjoy the food and atmosphere!!!

Great food… great service… awesome owners! Came here bc out usual so in Naperville had an hour wait…. what a pleasant surprise! Had the Yellowstone Roll and The Naperville Roll along with Edamame Unagi, Ebi, and Taco. Food was fresh, came out quickly, and the owners visited the table frequently and had shots with us! They’re very friendly but also very aware of conversations at the table that they knew to be sensitive to. Will definitely be back!

Delicious ramen! The service was wonderful. The owner is very attentive and passionate about his work. They make a flavorful broth that I can drink daily. The spicy ramen could have used a little more spice for my liking but I would rather have it not spicy enough then too spicy.

My favorite dish is the spicy tonkotsu ramen but the best thing here are the owners. Every time I come here I never expect them to live up to the last time yet each time they out do themselves. The owners are so thoughtful, and attentive. They always bring us out something extra to try. This time it was a crispy salmon skin. I highly recommend.

Tasty veg sushi. We wanted to have Ramen (similar to Ichiraku ramen in Naruto web series), It was a good but could have been better in terms of taste. It lacked bit of salt, but overall it was nice. I was expecting the egg would have been marinated in the soy sauce it was not.

We visited August 20. Though my friends said it is unclean just because the tables were not removed on time – the host was actually the sweetest person on earth as he let us in late night after 10 and prepared the best meal for us even though he was tired and was about to go home. Recommend this place 10/10

Yamado was a great find for us. We loved it and will definitely be going back. It was nice inside and bigger than it looked from the outside. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. My wife ordered the Tonkotsu Miso Ramen and I had the spicy version. We both really enjoyed it. It is one of the best ramen bowls we have had for sure. We also had some of the sushi which was also good. The Downtown Fire was my favorite. It had a nice smoky flavor to it and came out flaming. All in all, Yamado was really good and you won’t regret visiting.
