This is one of our go-to, someone feed us spots. Its generally quiet, the bar is very nice, and I love sushi. My husband is a big hibachi fan, so its great for us. Lots of vegetarian roll options. The katsu (fried) fish is my favorite. Best gyoza in the city.

The only place in the world where when you order a shrimp tempura appetizer you get 2 pieces of shrimp and 3 pieces vegetables….. very deceptive. There is NO mention of this in the description on the online menu. I was a long time happy customer because I live 2 minutes from here but since no effort was made to rectify this when it was brought to attention, I will not be returning to this establishment.

So I originally asked for medium rare and that’s the first picture, if you ask me that’s rare..I’ve had medium rare and many other places and it all look this same this is the one location where it did not. I got it sent back to be cooked more after I got it back and took a bite it felt the same toughness on the inside (3rd pic). The lady who was working sat there and argued with me the whole time about what is medium and what’s not, she then proceeded to talk about me and how I don’t know how I want my food made. I told her to come talk to me about it then she rolled her eyes at me. Once I sent it back the first time I just asked them to cook it to medium to make it easier on everyone but it still didn’t come out that way, I maybe had 3 pieces that were medium on the second time out and that’s the second picture. I can easily say I won’t be back and I will be letting the local towns know about this as well. Very unprofessional and not worth the money.

The food here is really nice. Love getting the filet mignon with veggies and rice. Comes with a little side salad that is just lettuce and dressing. It’s refreshing. What we’ve had of the sushi here is very good too! (Though the spicy tuna roll is minced raw tuna, which was disappointing, the tuna roll and the California roll was very good.)

Great place to eat!! It was clean, great service, staff was very kind and helpful, and the food was amazing. Lots of variety too, so there’s something for everyone. Very vegetarian friendly!!! Also prices were very reasonable and they give you a good portion. 10/10 would recommend.
