Sushi Not Fresh or good at all. They don’t have simple things a normal sushi restaurant would have like ponzu. Not clean. Hope I don’t get sick . Service was definitely lacking as well but where is it not lacking these days. Definitely will not eat here again

Browned lettuce. And hot dry sushi…… I even asked if it was made fresh when I ordered. I am disgusted and I won’t be back. The portion was extremely small for $19. ….I called and all they offered to do was replace the salad…. I didn’t even want a salad. I ordered sushi. Which was nasty. I told them I’m from three hours away and just passing through and I won’t be back. They said okay in the friendliest voice. You can tell they don’t care how your food turns out…. Stay away.

First time ordering here in years. Ordered a lunch hibachi and I think I ended up getting and charged for a dinner. Very small portion for a hibachi take out since i got a “dinner”. Food was greasy, no vegetables come with the hibachi. Just a few small pieces of over cooked filet mignon. Ordered a sushi roll and was very disappointed also. Regularly eat sushi in Louisville, and this is by far was the worst roll I’ve ever had. Overpriced for the portion of food you get and the quality of food you’re getting.

I was a little hesitant solely based on the exterior of the restaurant. Goes to show you don’t judge a book by its cover. The service was great, the food was good. They don’t use the traditional Ginger dressing that you usually expect but the creamy version that they have was pretty good. Sushi was fresh and they were awesome about modifying their rolls. My friend said the gyoza (fried pork dumplings) was the best she’s had in a long time. We will definitely be back. My only suggestion would be for maybe them to do some maintenance upkeep, maybe a fresh coat of paint on the outside. It would probably enhance business significantly.

Decided to try it out and I was pleasantly surpriseed I had recently spent two weeks in San Jose California and ate sushi four times in four different restaurants and the sushi here was better than any of them!!! It’s a very nostalgic oriental restaurant. The decor is like something you see maybe 30 years ago muted lighting lots of oriental, nic nacs , etc. it’s small probably seats about 40 people but I will definitely be back!
