My daughter and I happened to find this place on a recent trip. We absolutely loved it! The sushi was so fresh! The small sampler plates are you a great way to be try new things without having to order a whole order.

Tonight?, I ate from the train. My server was personable and friendly. She read my mind when I wanted to order something special, needed a drink and a fork for dessert. The food was fresh and tasty. Good variety. I arrived early and had no wait. Worth the price to sample many dishes.

This was our first time here, and we had the Yaki Udon with chicken and the Yaki Soba with beef. They were delicious and light. One of the drinks we had was the Fiji apple Moscow Mule. It’s was very refreshing and delicious. We also tried the sushi train. Wished they had dessert dishes on the train and more options for sushi. But overall it was a very good experience. Our server was friendly and informative.

I lived in Japan 15 years ago and when I heard something like this was coming to Omaha, I flipped. It’s so close to being like Japan!!! I’ve been there pretty much every week since I found out about it. There is a cash and card option so if you want to save a dollar or two from the CC charges, bring cash.

It’s a nice place to try some sushi and a few others. At the time we showed up they had very few options to choose from in the revolving food rack. It would be nice to see better options and old ones taken out.

Love that you can try a variety of options in smaller portions. I would recommend going at busier times so the sushi train is full of options. We also ordered some items and they get them out really quickly.

There are a growing number of places to get sushi in Omaha, and initially I thought the train was just a gimmick to compensate for lower quality sushi, but I was wrong! The food was really, really good…very fresh tasting. The wait staff was helpful and exained the ordering process to me (the newbie). The train works similarly to dim sum where the kitchen puts a variety of options on small plates which are color coded by price. You take what you want, and they up the plates at the end. My daughter and I thought it was great!

This place is a hidden gem! The only thing we weren’t a fan of was the egg drop soup, it was a little bland and more clear than we are used to; however, the sushi and variety was great! The staff was very accommodating and attentive. We went during lunch time just before the rush. They seat you at a table by a conveyer belt and you can slide open the doors when you want to grab a meal or a special drink. I let the kids grab the plates out when we wanted something. The Godzilla Roll was a family favorite and their deep fried rolls were really good. We also loved the salmon sashimi and salmon nigiri. My kids went crazy over the Japanese soda (Rammune I think it’s called?). Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Bad food… nothing is worse than stale sushi! No service whatsoever. We sat at the bar for 30 minutes, self served. No one came to take our drinks order or to ask if we needed anything. We had a small water spill; the busboy handed me a wet towel to clean. 3 waitresses walking around but providing no service!
