My favorite sandwich spot! I usually get the Trailhead, but I’ve had several sandwiches here and they have all been delicious. The Expedition is a close second. The staff is very friendly and it’s in a great location. I highly recommend stopping by here.

I see your good reviews and I consistently pass on praise, but it’s hard to do here. I wonder what went wrong with my order. The bread and meat were very tasty BUT…there was a surprisingly small portion of meat on it. The profit made on this sandwich had to be astronomical. Tasted great but was a so skimpy. EDIT: I can’t erase history, BUT I can say that the owner of this business JUMPED ON my issue and got in touch right away. I am very happy with his customer service and speed of response. I’ll try Yampa again for sure!

I have been going to Yampa for many years now, and they make some of the best sandwiches in town. They don’t just have one or two outstanding things on the menu – you can order something different every time and know it will always be really tasty. Sandwiches, salads, and the breakfast items are all really good. And the service is super friendly and personal. It’s a little pricey (similar to anywhere else in Old Town), but you get what you pay for in this case.

First time going to Yampa Sandwich Company. It was so delicious. I will definitely be back. Love the atmosphere of this place. A great place to go for lunch. Sandwiches were mouth watering good! All the workers were very nice and attentive to our needs. Not a bad price for each sandwich either.

I used to avoid Yampa because I got a midrange sandwich for waaay too much money. Now that everyone else has raised their prices, I figured it’s worth a shot. After watching the excellent “The Bear,” I was on a mission to find a good Italian beef. There are only a couple places in FTC that offer one, so I figured why not? Pluses: the bread was top notch, and the au jus is spicy and flavorful. Minuses: there were just a couple little slices of roast beef, not even edge-to-edge across the bread. Do a google image search for “Italian Beef” and you will see some absolutely mouthwatering sandwich – this was not the same thing. Overall, flavorful but a disappointing experience.

I’ve said it over and over but YAMPA IS THE BEST SANDWICH SHOP IN TOWN! We are a Yampa household and we choose them every single time we want a great sandwich. The the shop is clean and the food is amazing, but what really makes this place shine are the employees. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and seem happy to help you find the right sandwich for your day! They serve each sandwich with pickles that are seriously to die for—big suggest! They have a plethora of bread options from wheat, to fresh loaf, to sourdough and even gluten free! I’m able to eat here gluten and dairy-free without issue and that’s not always easy to do at sandwich shops. Yampa stands out amongst the rest of the sandwich shops in town because it’s not just a place to get a meal, you feel refreshed after! They also cater, and I’ve used them for company events as well. They’re amazing for all your needs! I highly suggest giving them a try. You’ll be sorry if you don’t. They unfortunately took my favorite sandwich, the bàhn mí, off the menu but that doesn’t keep me away. They are amazing! My favorite sandwiches now include the summit, the pilgrim and the lost creek!

The poblano chicken sandwich was so good! That was probably one of the best and most unique sandwiches I’ve had in a while! It was toasted perfectly and they are very accommodating for subbing out ingrediants or customizing any of their sandwiches. I will definitely be back for that sandwiche as I’m already craving it a day later

They need to change the prices on their website to reflect higher prices. I pointed this out when ordering in house and was brushed off. Cashier said lower prices on website were for half sandwiches?! The beet salad price on website is lower than in store also. Is this for half a salad? Food was ok.

A cozy and lofi place to relax over a long bike ride not too far off from either Mason trail or Poudre trail. Serving both toasted and cold sandwiches, favorites of mine are the hot Italian Beef and cold Expedition. I love the organic lemonade they have there too. LGBTQIA+ friendly and chill staff. I kinda wish they were open later as I find myself visiting Old Town mostly in the evenings, but still one of my favorites for lunch. Three parking garages with affordable rates (ParkMobile app) with easy walking distance. Indoor and Outdoor seating too.
