Everything was absolutely delicious, expect for the carbonated milk. It wasn’t bad, but it definitely wasn’t good. I just came around to liking carbonated water within the past few years. I’m not saying it’s impossible for me to ever like carbonated milk, it’s just going to take some time. I’m also unsure if it’s something I want to work towards liking. It’d be so much better for me to like eggplant or myself instead. Maybe once I figure out how to like those things, I can shift my attention towards liking carbonated milk. Anyway, would definitely come back here again!

This is my first time at this location, and it won’t be my last. I have craved Persian food for a while and am so glad I chose this place. The service is excellent, from the welcome to the menu description/recommendations and the FOOD! Still think about it: tasty, not heavy, very enjoyable.

We like to come here for Persian food. My kids like the rice and ground chicken and ground beef (Koobideh) rice plate here. We also like their complimentary – flat bread butter. We sometimes call different appetizers to eat with the flat bread. Today we call – #3 Mirza Ghasemi – which is puree grill eggplant, tomatoes and eggs ($14.95). And for the rice plate my husband called #18 Ground Beef ($22.95 )and 2 x # 27 – Yas Special ($28.50). And 1 extra rice. We did a family style meal for 2 adults and 3 kids. We were all full. The food were so Yummy. And the service was good.

I have been going to this restaurant for so many years. The food is always fresh, delicious and consistent. The service is great. Last week we had a party of 19 adults and 5 children. Shiva and the other wait staff went out of their way to make our gathering memorable. I highly recommend it. We ordered all sorts of dishes, but my favorite is the juicy koobida and the Kishk badenjan,

Ordered the #18, didn’t come with any dipping sauce (don’t know if that’s traditional or not) but it was a little dry, but very tasty. I ordered this to go, so ill ask for something next time.

This is very unethical restaurant. I picked two dishes for my mother that is in nursing home as to go. One dish had zero meat. I called the restaurant upset and talked to the owner and they want me to bring the food back. He said pretty much he does not believe me. He is cutting corner by not putting meat and I paid $46 for rice and some food that we throw out. It is not about money but principle. I wanted my Mom to have a nice dinner. So I will do what I can to stop this restaurant from cheating people. It is wrong on all level. I asked him to credit me for the dish and he refused. I was planning to have food delivered to my mom daily from a Persian restaurant and for sure will never ever use this terrible place. Shame on your unethical practice and stop it.

Went there the first time on Saturday for lunch. We were the only customers who were dining there. I noticed that they had many takeouts on the table, waiting to be picked up. It was a good sign. Had their Kabob for two. It was so delicious. One of the best Persian restaurants in the Bay Area.

I have been going to this place for 15 years plus and the food remains the same however the price has changed quite a bit! We always order the YAS special – chicken and beef kabobs – can’t go wrong with this dish since you are getting chicken and beef for $28.50! Service is always great and I love seeing the same people there all these years! It’s our spot whenever we have a reunion! Give it a try if you are on the area!

I’m very disappointed with this restaurant. First time to eat here. The quality of food is not great. Chicken kabobs is so dry. Food price is very expensive. Worst Mediterranean restaurant I’ve been. Ladies restroom is so dirty and unsanitary. The only good thing is the service because its only us eating there and a couple of people. Will not come back to this place again.
