The chicken is good. I left a picture of their mashed potatoes and gravy that come with their dinner about 2 tablespoons. Also the “garden salad” which was mostly large hard yellow chunks. In addition, ordered a rice bowl and received something else. Was not a great experience.

The new building looks great on the inside, the chicken however was flavorless, and extremely dry, definitely left in their warmer way too long. For $12 it was a huge waste of money, with all the competition around they’re not going to last long serving food like this.

I was highly disappointed in YaYa’s in Bay City. I really enjoy the restaurant in Midland and I go often. I was anticipating when this place would be open because it’s closer to home, but sadly, I won’t be back anytime soon until they work out the kinks. I get it is a newer place, but take some pride in what you are serving to your customers. I received some burnt, dry and flavorless chicken. The pictures speak volumes here.

Yaya’s, your prices are very steep! For the price of Salad, it should be leafy greens! There is many places around you that serve Beautiful leafy green salads and less money. Also your Chicken wrap needs to be grilled, it is too cold! I want to see your place make it but for the prices a person can go to a full service restaurant and get a better meal. Waited a long time for your place to open and was very disappointed!

I’ve been here twice, gotten the chicken bowl and then a wrap. The food tasted great, no complaints there. However for the price of the meal, the portion size does not compliment it. It’s almost just enough for a single serving.

EXPENSIVE FOR NOT ENOUGH FOOD! We spent over 30 bucks on two chicken wrap meals. When I say the wraps and sides are small I’m not joking! The mashed potatoes were 80% gravy and 20% potatoes and came in a literal sauce cup. The size of the sides is embarrassing. The food wasn’t bad but dang they are expensive for such little amount of food. Hope they reconsider their portions for what they charge or decrease their prices.

Great food. Real-deal chicken, not the flimsy, preservative-packed microwaved stuff you get elsewhere. Around $15 for a full meal, which was filling for me. Not five stars because the inside of the store was messy and unclean (e.g., tables were dirty).

Have been waiting for you to open and finally got to go today, sadly not impressed. Got a chicken salad, it’s always been cold shredded chicken and cold lettuce, that could serve 2 people. I got warm chunks of chicken, warm lettuce and a much smaller portion. I am a business owner so I get prices went up and a lot of places are downsizing portions, this was just not the ya yas salad I remember, won’t be in a hurry to go back.

If I could rate this place less than one star, I would. Food value for money is very poor and is excessively overpriced. The chicken was dry, the mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box, and there was literal dirt in the mixed vegetables. The restaurant forgot to give us our two orders of mac and cheese and our cole slaw. We had to go back to get the rest of our food. The staff was nice, but it just does not make up for the low standard of food. 0/10 do not recommend.
