That’s right! My grandmas, grandmas, great grandparents’ recipes that originated in Calabria Italy about 300 years ago.
Then, in the early 1900’s, our family made the journey to the United States and the recipes came with them. Thankfully 🙂

This food truck is the absolute best. We have ordered several times and we always pre-order sauce, meatballs, sausages etc., in bulk. Our first time there, I ordered the delicious meatball sub and it honestly lasted me 3 days to finish it. That is my ‘go to” order. I drive over 2 hours for this delectable food. I am not a blood relative, due to my last name either. I cannot wait to go back soon. We go through this food very quickly and although it hasn’t been a month, our family needs more! I would give this a rating above five stars if I could. Thank you Cosa Bella, I can’t wait to see you soon!
