I love this place! A good friend took me there, and I have been coming back ever since. If you can’t find something to eat from this menu, then you should eat at home. Prices are reasonable! It’s the best “hole in the wall” that you will ever eat at. They have an adjoining ice cream shoppe as well! Get a dessert on your way out. ☺️

Stopped here to get some lunch on the way back home from Westminster and it was delicious. I had a turkey, Swiss, cranberry croissant with a side salad. My husband had a BLT (fried green tomato) with sour cream and chive fries. I tried them and they were great, so different. The menu has such a variety of selections.

Over the years, this has been a go to in our area. I remember it was one of my mom’s favorites when we were younger, and we’d frequent the restaurant for special occasions. In 2011, my whole shift came to an all you can eat crab event. So many good memories over the years. It’s still a good place to eat, but the quality is slipping a bit. The building looks run down and beat up as well. Fudge and ice cream are excellent. My favorite food there is an appetizer dish of fries – chive coated fries with cheese, bacon, grilled onion, mushroom, optional chili and jalapeno, with a side of ranch. I’d really like to see the building cleaned up, especially as the downtown area and that block are getting overhauled. I’d hate to lose this gem in Seneca.

Ye Olde Sandwich Shoppe has great food with many choices. Their sour cream and chive fries are amazing! You can also get ice cream when you are finished eating. My only complaint is the service. Service is very lacking but I overlook it because I love their food.

This was my first visit here. Ordered the fish & chips. Fish and Texas Toast were delicious, fries were good, coleslaw was a little limp and dry. Overall, a satisfying meal. I will come back here again.

Honestly I’m just really disappointed with the visit this time. Normally I would give it at least a 4 star review but this time kinda ruined it. I used to come here to meet friends and always had a good experience. Today the food is bland, the chicken is burned and there was a black plastic thing in my chili cheese fries. Just overall service was lacking and could be a lot better.

This is the spot. The burgers are a hit. Club sandwiches are great. Their crinkle fries with their house made ranch is the showstopper. Can’t beat the prices either. Been going here for 2 years now. The staff are some of the nicest. Grab a homemade lemon blueberry cookie on your way out.
