For the price I paid for this plate, I expected to get more food than this. $36 for 5 oxtails and an extra $5 to get Mac and cheese as a side. The oxtails were good but the Mac and cheese was bland. The collards weren’t good. I will not visit again.

The food was AMAZING, you will have cravings! I had the oxtail plate they were tender and seasoned to perfection. The Cabbage and plantains are insanely delicious….which explains why I will be getting a double order on BOTH next time. Rice and gravy…on point! Pleasant service, peaceful atmosphere, thanks so much!

I frequently ride past a restaurant I haven’t seen the reviews but every time I pass this place I say I’m going there on my way home but go on about my business decided to stop today at first I was confused because you have to order though a kiosk but the lady will help if she’s out front and read the signs of what’s out and what they don’t have but after you master all that they bring your food out from the kitchen show you the food the young lady there is really nice the food is outstanding not too spicy but spicy I had curry goat it was tender and good my wife ordered stewed chicken rice no cabbage but she still got cabbage (she don’t eat cabbage)so that took a point off in all I will return and do recommend this place

Great local Jamaican cuisine. The flavor of the food is on point. Easy online ordering makes it a go to for me.

Delicious Jamaican food, friendly service and great lunch prices! Stopped in for a quick lunch and had the curry chicken lunch special for $10.95, which included two fall-off-the-bone-tender chicken thighs, seasoned rice and beans, and a cooked cabbage salad. Soooo good! This is more of a takeout place, though there are a few barstool chairs along a wall counter for those who planned to eat in. The owner is opening an alcohol-free social space next door, where folks can play a variety of games and socialize. Check it out!

I have gotten food here before and the curry chicken was great. Today I went and got take out and the got the curry and jerk chicken plates. So disappointed this time around. The chicken was not cooked all the way on both of my plates.

I got the curry chicken it was so oily, it stained my nails. Paid $50 for almost 3 bites of meat and no taste Mac and cheese that cost 9 dollars alone. Cabbage unseasoned. Rice and peas very dry. I do not recommend. I am very unpleased

I’m re- reading the other reviewers & wondering if i went to same restaurant as everyone else. I’ve visited here on 2 occasions now, the food is , simply put , okay. The portions are small in comparison to the other Jamaican Restaurants in the area. $18/$20 for a large oxtail plate that looks like a lunch portion? and is so spicy u can’t even really taste the food, like why are the oxtails spicy? My husband ordered curry chicken & it’s also okay. We won’t be returning.

Please please please never order OXTAILS from here! The flavor was non existent literally these are the worst oxtails I have ever tasted. I don’t even usually leave bad reviews but these other reviews are so misleading if you like FLAVORFUL oxtails then this is not the place for you the looks are very deceiving!
