Was super excited to come try this place out at the old Country Boys location. The food and service was amazing. We got a pulled pork and brisket sandwich and both were super tasty. Will be back soon to try some more options. Try and go earlier so they’re not sold out of something specific. Glad to have more bbq in Cashmere!

The pictures just don’t do this food justice. My gal asked me where I wanted to eat for my birthday, and I knew I had to try the new BBQ place in town. I was not disappointed. The prime brisket was flavorful and tender. The sauce they provide for it compliments it perfectly without overpowering the amazing and complex flavor of the meat.

A hidden gem just off Hwy 2 in Cashmere. My son and I had the prime brisket sandwich, smoked wing appetizer and 2 Texas Twinkies. Tasty. Small but great dine-in atmosphere. Prices were reasonable (for BBQ). We’ll be back.

I ordered a half rack of ribs for $18+tax+tip which came dry, with two sauce choices. Sweet & spicy was not even the slightest bit spicy, only sweet. House bbq was fairly bland, could have been any premade bulk sauce for all i know. Ribs were quite dry and hard. No sides, just a few slices of pickled onions. Its full counter service where you order and pick up from the window, bus your own table, and get your own silverware and water, yet they ask you for an 18-20% tip at checkout.

The brisket was >50% fat, but great flavor. The pulled pork had less fat and a smoky flavor that I didn’t care for, but my husband loved. The potato salad tasted off, though I typically like that style. The collard greens had real ham, but were cold and soggy when we got them. The bbq sauces were amazing. We especially loved the sweet and spicy one. $50 for 1 brisket, 1 pulled pork, 1 medium potato salad, and 1 collard greens with very small portions of actual meat was expensive to us.

The brisket was done just right. The pork belly burnt ends were tasty and also just right. I did like the beans although my wife thought they were better during the previous owner’s time when there was more bacon, allegedly. I didn’t try the cole slaw but my in-house personal trainer nutrition consultant said it was “VERY GOOD!”

I ordered 2 pulled pork sandwiches, elote, and cornbread (to go). The service was fast and friendly, and the food was DELICIOUS. The cornbread helping was very generous! Everyone makes cornbread a little differently- some are sweeter, some are salty, but this version was neither- great texture but a bit bland for our personal taste. I think a side of whipped honey butter with it would be a nice option. We will definitely be back to try their other selections- their dessert options looked fantastic also!

Stopped in for a quick bite while on a long drive. Food was good quality, decent portion size, came out fast and staff was friendly. Hit everything I was looking for at a reasonable price.
