Kinda weird vibe. Ramsay would say to pick a direction and go with it…. They have breakfast, and “home cooking”, and Mexican… Served chips and salsa when we sat down. Just bizarre. Decent food. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant.

The service was awful. The waitress had a bad attitude towards my mother and my family friends. They asked for an English muffin and they had to wait 45 mins. Not only that, but the muffin was cold. We ask the waitress to kindly warm it up, she just gave us the cold shoulder and walk away.

Poor customer service. They employees stood around talking to what I think may have been family while customers were waiting for refills. The youngest gentleman there has a poor attitude and no customer service skills whatsoever. He came to the table and just stood there. He never asked to take our drink order. We told him what we wanted and he listened and just walked away. We got our drinks but never got refills. This is the second time I’ve had issues with the customer service. The booth next to us and ourselves had to flag the waitress down for refills. The food is decent but the customer service is poor. Someone needs to train the staff to be courteous and attentive to the customers and their needs. A greeting, a smile, a thank you, refills within having to ask and such goes a long way in the hospitality business. They are lucky that I tipped them. I won’t next time if…there’s a next time.
