After living in New Hyde Park for almost a decade and never stopping by this diner, I finally went here with friends last night. Let me tell you… the food was amazinggg it all tasted so fresh . We got the empanadas and I got the gyro platter. I’m not sure why people are complaining about the price when the competing diners charge just as much and prices have increased everywhere (sadly). The service was phenomenal. The waitress was super sweet and accommodating. Food came out quick and we were asked several times if we needed something. This diner is adorable on the inside as it’s small but can fit quite a few parties. Can’t wait to go back here!

Crab cake/eggs dried out.. Overcooked… Home fries no flavor. 2nd person ordered breakfast burrito…. No flavor…. 75 percent of it left. Only saving grace was coffee was good. Cashier after she asked how everything was and I told her she check what we lef on table and spoke to. Manager who gave us 15% off…. Would not waste my money coming here again.

They always welcome you with a big smile and the portions served are very good. The place is very clean and not one time have I eaten there has the food tasted like it was “pre-made”. I would say everything is cooked to order. Definitely try their coffee, some of the best coffee I have ever had, it’s always fresh. This is definitely my new go to spot for breakfast. But definitely check out their menu because it’s really good food.

A smaller diner but a good experience. Came here for brunch after a workout and it was worthwhile. We both got omelettes that were tasty but not over seasoned which was good. Serving size was also manageable. A little bit pricey for a diner but good food. Covid -19 protocols were observed.

We ordered takeout and got matzo ball soup and burgers and fries. The matzo ball soup was 5.95 cents and had one matzo ball in it the size of a golf ball. I called to ask if that was always the case and the woman who answered said yes. I said thank you because I won’t be ordering again. Seriously 5.95 for a tiny matzo ball? French fríes soggy and the fries with cheese hardly had cheese on it. Please don’t close the burgers!! Never again
