I had a negative experience with Cajun Grill food at Willow Grove Mall today. I had visited before and the food was really good – crispy chicken, fluffy rice, and fresh broccoli. However, today was a completely different story. The food didn’t taste as fresh, almost as if they had changed their chef. Additionally, the staff was rude and not customer-oriented. I was really disappointed with our visit today. Most probably won’t be coming here anymore.

I was eating my Chinese food and I have found a hair in my food I knew it might of been a accident so I go ask for a refund the worker then starts to have a attitude with me she tells me they can give me new food but I refused because I was disgusted so I than ask them for a refund but they tell me they will not and only give me half back when I paid $25 for this food and they only give me $4 dollars back. I was furious that they have done this to me I will never eat here again and advise no one eats from here ether.

I got the “ANY 1 ENTREE W RICE” Bourbon Chicken W Rice. They charged me for the “ANY 2 ENTREE($10)”because they filled all 3 compartments with the 1 Entree and Rice and apparently Rice is then considered an Entree even though their Menu says Rice is INCLUDED. Buyer Beware! And don’t be afraid to go and express to them how you feel about them trying to rip you off!

Really mean (chinese) people work here. Old lady freaked out when I asked for a sample. Food had a lot of hair in it and was just gross. Probably sitting out for a while as no one was eating here. Support american businesses!

The food is good, however, there is one male employee that I believe is the manager? He is extremely rude and unprofessional EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there. When he’s not always on his blue tooth talking to idk who; he is interrupting his employees that are trying to take orders. Then, I got attitude because she didn’t hear my order over her superior. I cannot stand this place anymore and will not be going back. The lack of respect and professionalism is astronomical. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I love their chicken and broccoli but they never have enough and you can’t order a meal, and they pretend not to hear me when I said “no carrots please”. I love their crab chesse wontons though! Always made fresh, just takes a while to wait for.

First off, they are over aggressive trying to get you to buy their crap. You walk ten 10 ft away and glance at their buffet and they accost the hell out of you. One day my little son wanted fried rice so we gave in and tried their “food” which was actually cheap chinese oil flavored with stale veggies. The lady at the desk was rude and arrogant. We asked for plates (as there was 5 of us) and she threw 1 plate at us. Then we asked for napkins and she gave us 3 tiny napkins. As she was ringing us up she was staring down other potential money bags. I am tired of these fly by night chinese places that serve dog crap and have no customer service. All they want is your money. At least they should learn to speak English properly. I will never ever eat here again.
