Yeyo’s Mezcaleria & Taqueria is the first of its kind in the State of Arkansas. The small but rich in culture Mezcaleria will be an art destination for both local residents and out of state travelers. The Mezcaleria hired and commissioned art from Octavio Logo, an artist originally from Mexico City that has been making his rounds around the U.S. art scene for the past five years, as well as in Arkansas.

At Yeyo’s Mezcaleria y Taqueria — Yeti Mezcaleria Y Taqueria- Chilaquiles was not over hot, had great flavor and properly proportioned. Steak Tacos Ribeye was tender and flavorful. I didn’t feel like I was overeating. The charro beans and rice were nice accompaniments. The Guacamole and chips were perfectly seasoned and the avocados were fresh. The chip hand made in house. Shared a Flourless chocolate cake desert that was a moist, delish ending to the meal. Service was top notch, and meal was delivered quickly and efficiently. I tried Modelo Especial for the first time, it was a very nice beer. One recommendation for improvement would be to add a sign that states “Entrance” so customers are not left guessing. We guessed correctly. Cool little spot in downtown Rogers. Great location and atmosphere. The food is good but pricey for what it is. They also charge for chips. If you’re just looking for good tacos, check out some of the hole in the wall taquerias around town and save yourself some money.

Soooo easy for me to give a 5 star rating. Because I usually don’t. But I get excited when I find a joint. Let me tell you! Wow! Just wow! Maybe a little bias (because im intoMezcal), but read me out! The Mezcal cocktails fuego just fire! 10 outta 10! Atmosphere was 10 outta 10, and service at the bar… Ashley was a solid DIEZ (10)… Food I had the barbacoa tacos, and it was 9 outta 10. Plate needed a sharp Cotija cheese to complement the dish, and I preferred the red over the green salsa. Green salsa was a lil bitter. Other way. I’ll be back! Don’t care about the $ bill! And yes. We went yesterday and had one of the best restaurant experiences that we’ve had in a long time! First off the cocktails are absolutely delicious and the food was incredible. Everything was so fresh and well balanced. The chef even made me a special super spicy salsa that wasn’t on the menu and it was the best salsa I’ve ever had! We ended with the $20 mezcal tasting (they have multiple options!) And they were hefty pours for the price with 3 yummy and very different options. The tasting comes with grasshoppers to eat! I know, I know. It sounds weird. But they are honestly really good! And also I can’t get over how amazing our service was. Our server was attentive and extremely knowledgeable, as well as just very friendly! Next time we are back in Rogers, we will certainly be back.

This was the cutest Mexican place. Super tiny location. The drinks were so good and the bartender was super knowledgeable about all thing tequila. The food was delicious!! We had a large party with children. They were accommodating, but I will definitely be back without my children to enjoy the food and atmosphere.
