I had the pleasure of dining at Yin Ji restaurant in Pleasanton, and it exceeded all my expectations. The fish porridge they serve is simply outstanding. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the porridge had a comforting and rich flavor that warmed my soul. Equally impressive were their rice rolls, which were incredibly light and packed with delightful fillings. The combination of flavors and textures in both dishes was truly remarkable. Great service and short wait time. The food is pretty flavorful but they put lettuce in it which is something not as common. If you’re looking for the Hong Kong style one then this is not it but still tastes good though. The milk tea is on the sweeter side so ask for less sweet but the tea base is good. The lemon tea is authentic without the bitterness from the lemon and not dry on the mouth. Overall, this place is good and worth a try

I didn’t realize this was a famous chain in China until my parents told me. I can see why, their Chung fun and congee are super flavorful. Also, their Chung fun is made fresh and not oily like some dim sum places. Highly recommend for anyone wanting authentic and delicious Chung fun and congee. We had to wait a while for our food though, about 30 mins or more on a Sunday afternoon.

This place it’s really delicious.I am in love with their egg rice noodle, nice and smooth. Customer service is great, always ask for refills of water and if we need anything. Definitely a place to give a try and I will definitely stop by again if I am in the area . Highly recommended this location to give a try.

Its chang fen is very soft and portion is reasonably good comparing to those chang fen in nearby chinese dim sum restaurants with similar price. I love the different varieties. It is a must-try restaurants for chang fen lovers.

Yin Ji ,very famous in the Chang Fen (rice rolls) in China. This place has the same food standard in Chang Fen and congee. If you are for Chang Fen and congee,you should give this place a try. This place has several stores beside Pleasanton. I enjoy the food,service and atmosphere. Credit cards accepted,but they did not included tips on the check like other places. Please don’t forget to tip the waitress because they all give you good service.
