Looks sketchy but very good! Me and a friend were waiting to go bowling next door and were hungry, deciding where to get food. We found this restaurant and wanted to give a try and were happy in general. Food was great for a small chinese restaurant and the owners were nice and loving. I’d come back here to help with the business for sure! My only say about this business is that it seems very slow, but again I didn’t recognize this restaurant until I saw it in person, and I don’t think many people know about this place. I hope more people come often to help this business grow and perhaps they could redecorate the interior…? Hopefully 🙂

Greeted as soon as I walked in, fast and friendly service, good portions at a fair price. My favorite is the teriyaki chicken, rich, thick sauce and I like the caramelized white meat chicken. With dine in you also get a choice of a cup of soup, rice noodle (on left bottom of plate)…to go those items are not included but still good lunch portion.

I love their food.. Their egg rolls are my favorite out of anywhere, I love the thin and crispy skin and beef inside. Their lo mein is greaty; saltly in a good way but not too much, not sweet, includes a lot of meat, and includes bamboo shoots. The portions are generous, and filling. Those items (I have only ordered those 2 items during my visits here) remind me of the homemade Cantonese food that I make.

Ying Cafe was delicious, definitely the best Chinese food in the area. I ordered the orange chicken lunch portion, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was crispy, coated in orange sauce, and hearty. I’ll definitely be back to try other dishes.

Menu states lunch specials 7 days a week are $7.95. Four of us (ages 68 to 75) chose what we wanted. When server returned to take our orders, we were told that we had to choose from the Dinner selection ($11.75), even though it was Noon. Not sure why she didn’t say that when she placed the menus in front of us. By the way, it was Mother’s Day. My meal, per the menu, was to have a variety of vegetables in it. It came with lots of brocolli and a tiny bit of carrot. Needless to say, I won’t be back. (Bathroom could stand an extra scrub too)!
