Excellent seolleongtang! They give good portions of meat and the kimchi and radish are so good.

Seolleongtang is definitely better than what you could eat in NOVA area, partly because there has been no proper seolleongtang restaurant in this area. I am so glad that we have one.

Yi’s Traditional Korean Beef Soup was a pleasant surprise. The Seolleongtang was probably the best I’ve had around the area so far! It was very flavorful and the meat definitely added more to the overall taste. As for the service, despite the previous reviews, our server catered to our needs very well. I didn’t expect much from a place that recently opened, but they were very attentive and asked numerous times whether we were doing okay and gave us refills on condiments and side dishes. The overall ambiance was a mix of modern and traditional, everything was clean and simple, and the music was a nice touch. Overall, I would definitely come here again! Highly recommended.

I had the soup you days ago it taste mediocre. Some thing that average homeowner could make had a whole bunch of fat floating on the top and the meat was very little big chunks of fat bloating. At least they give you a choice of regular noodle or Sellitti noodle kimchi is good the Dumpling sucked skin sucked stuffing taste like grass

We did takeout (because they seemed packed for dinner – there was a line/ long wait). Because it was so busy inside, the ladies working there seemed frazzled and it was chaotic.

We went to eat here today and service is terrible! My husband ordered the 6 count of dumplings and they brought out the 12 count so we were just going to eat and pay for the 12 count since it’s always a hassle to return food to the kitchen. The manager(?) later came up to our table and demanded to know why we didn’t tell them we received the incorrect number of dumplings and was very rude to us… even though it was their mistake that we were going to overlook in an attempt to make it easier for the staff. The audacity!!! Then, when the bill came out, they charged the table for 2-6 count dumplings instead of the 12 count and tried to tell us to just pay since it’s not that big of a difference. At the end of the day, a few dollars doesn’t make a difference to us, but leaving a restaurant annoyed does. Food was average but not worth the terrible service it comes with!

Delicious and authentic! Best korean beef soup we’ve ever had. I went on the 1st day they opened. It was so good I went back the 2nd day. The food was the best we had. Highly recommend the yukaejang (spicy beef soup) and suyuk (brisket plate). The soup was so thick and flavorful. The homemade dumplings were the best I ever had at a restaurant. My mother said it was the best meal she had.

Food : Was ok… pricey af considering the other options around the area that has both better taste and quantity. Menu is lacking options. Again, came to try it, but won’t be back. Options like Evergreen, Lighthouse, and Gom Tang E beats yi’s both on quality, price, and service.

Food was very slow despite us ordering basic soups. A table that came way after us got their food first. Their kimchi is way too sweet. The mandu tasted like it had gone bad. Atmosphere is nice tho.
