My family and I were stuck in the mall due to holiday traffic so we went to a part of the mall where no one goes – the carousel wing. We decided to try out this place since it seemed different. However, the food was not fresh and the service was extremely slow. We weren’t in a rush which is fine but it took almost up to 20 minutes to get a small plate of sushi. The conveyor belt didn’t have much to offer and had the same dishes circling back and forth. No wonder this place was not crowded. Everyone goes to California Pizza Kitchen or Grand Lux Cafe.

Same dishes are circulating for ever. As we were not interested in most of them, we had to order in person. Other customers around me did the same thing. Why go to conveyor belt restaurant just to order? Foods were average but not bad. Some dishes were not clean, e.g. soy sauce around rim of dish. Pieces of radish slices were out side of dish. They were cleaning the dirt around the conveyor belt and got dark gray.

Just came here less than an hour ago with my son. we had been sitting down for 55 minutes and had eaten 6 from the conveyor belt and on our 2nd cup each of the green tea OUR MAIN COURSE HASN’T BEEN SERVED YET.I TALKED TO THE SERVER AND THE MANAGER BUT COULD NOT ANSWER WHAT WENT WRONG WITH OUR ORDER.THE PEOPLE THAT WERE JUST SEATED FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES ALREADY GOT THEIR ORDER.I THINK THERE WAS A RACE ISSUE HERE BEC.WE WERE THE ONLY COSTUMER WITH DIFFERENT COLOR AT THAT TIME.NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

Its pretty awesome! Its a conveyor belt sushi place but super colorful and non traditional. Plates are $3 to $7 and there are like 80 of em. Its like Japanese tapas!!!!

Avoid this place, staff has no customer service skills at all. Staff will just ignore you if you are asian. If you are white you will be seated in milliseconds. I love the food but very disappointing staff.
