Second time we’ve been at this location and both times mine and my husband’s meal were burnt and not edible. The chef burns the chicken, and not just a little burned for flavor, you can’t eat it. Idk if he’s trying to cook the beef and chicken at the same time and expects them to cook at the same pace but that’s probably why he’s burning the chicken everytime. Just a waste.

Lady at the desk wanted to treat me like a criminal, a suspect, or a thief just for asking for a water cup after spending $40 on food. So much so that she. Felt necessary to stop what she was doing to peek her head over the counter to tell me which button was for water in a very condescending tone as if I have issues reading or finding the water button. Then she comes out from around the counter to once again make sure I am getting water…which at the time I was. However, after feeling like I was being treated like a criminal for no reason, I poured the water out & got Pepsi right in front of her face just to make a point that if you want to treat somebody like a suspect, then they might as well give them whhat they’re suspicious about.

Ordered veggie bowl, spring rolls, spicy sushi #18, miso soup and gyoza. The food is delicious and made fast. Only issue is found a hair in sushi which kind of grosses me out. Other than that they were okay. Would recommend. Just watch out for hair.

Just because we order Door Dash it doesn’t mean you can make our food like garbage. Teriyaki chicken with no Teriyaki sauce, and zero condiments in the bag. Everything was extremely dry. Big waste of $50.00. Never again

If it wasn’t so hot in the restaurant I probably would enjoy my food more. As soon as you open the door it felt like walking into someones hot mouth, I let the cashier know and he said yeah it’s hot! Customer service sucked!

When ordering a simple chicken teriyaki bowl with veggies, the cashier kept asking if I want it without rice. I repeated him over 3 times that I want the chicken bowl with rice and vegetables. Again he asked do I and it without rice. I was annoyed that he kept repeating himself. I asked the cashier Can you help me explain to him what I’m ordering. My cashier said what’s so hard about the order. WOW! So rude! People have no customer service verbal skills. To top it off my food was cold.
