Showed up at 8:45 to grab some quick food to go and was told by the 4 workers sitting at a booth that they were closed, despite their “open” sign flashing on the door, hours posted showing they’re open until 9 and Google saying they were open. For a fast casual restaurant you would think they could bang out some sushi real quick. Disappointed by the lack of regard of the staff.

So I show up at 8pm, 1hr before closing. I try to order a poki bowl and apparently they don’t do poki bowls at this location but they have them on the menu at this location.. Then the cashier says, “the dinning room is closed” but 2 people are eating I. The dining room..?? Not sure what’s going on but not coming back to this location again!

I feel like this place used to be a little bit better but it’s still all right. The staff seem friendly enough and a close-knit group. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were family but I don’t think they are. Ordering ahead is okay but there’s some dollar limit where they will insist on paying first. I don’t really like that but I do understand if they’ve been left with unsold food I can get why they do this but I’m not really happy giving out credit card information over the phone and I don’t want to order when I’m there and then have to wait. So it gives me a mixed opinion hence the middle of the road review.

Every single time I go to this place they either close an hour early as i walk in to order. Or they don’t have rice. The female at the register is extremely rude. You walk in and 5 people are staring at you like they don’t want your business and are mad your even there. Not friendly and terrible service.

I put a takeout order for chicken udon and garlic butter chicken noodles. Chicken was totally tasteless as it was boiled for a very long time and grilled later. According to the menu udon should be with a fish broth but I got beef broth instead. The young girl at the register didn’t listen what I ordered and asked over and over again what I already told her. I won’t go there again.

I have been here twice now in the last 2 weeks. Great, fast low-fat option. So far i have only had chicken or steak dishes, but they also offer a large selection of sushi rolls. Good option for an easy carry out dinner or lunch if your in the area.
