I called because I received the most grotesque cucumbers Ive ever laid my eyes on. And the man straight up told me they were mishandling food. He told me they were previously frozen cucumbers. The food danger zone is 40F-140F YOU CANT BE SERVING THIS!! This is growing bacteria!!! Looking at my cucumbers there is straight up white film/slime coming off of it and he argued that it just wasnt happening. This is disgusting bro, no cucumber should be making white slime and bending like a piece of hair

Chicken and tempura were reheated and tasted like a dirty grill and old fryer oil. California rolls were not chilled and tasted like they were made yesterday. Staff seemed annoyed to be interrupted from sitting in the dining area and didn’t even say hello. Dining area was barely clean and smelled of disinfectant. We will never be back.

Worst location. The AC was out, no one even said hi or acted like I was there for at least 5-10 minutes. I ordered a regular bowl but I got it in a large full of food. Because of a health condition I rely on nutrition info and them giving me the wrong size completely messed that up. And the crab in the food tasted funny. Yogis grill is very good, IF you go to a good location. This one sucks.

Will never come here again. Drove 15 minutes to get something as simple as a salad for them to tell me we don’t have lettuce. The store is literally one minute away go get or find someone that can get it. It’s simple as that.

We came here before our movie stated, We choose the California Rolls (8 piece) and Teriyaki Chicken. The rolls were big and fresh and the teriyaki chicken was soft and had good flavour.

My wife and I went to try this location since we always go to the one at Norterra. But we definitely won’t be back to this location again, the cashier or whoever she was that checked me out was rude, mute, and didn’t even act like she enjoyed to be there in general. While I was trying to check out I asked a few questions and she didn’t say anything besides a head nod and she rolled her eyes as if I was stupid for asking a question. As for management you definitely need to hire someone else or she will cost you money from people not wanting to visit the restaurant due to her and her rude muteness.
