One of the best sushi places in Bergen County for the quality and freshness of the fish as well as the price. Can’t go wrong that it’s BYOB and it’s a local business(mom and son) I love supporting! Definitely order the sushi sashimi and roll platter like in the picture.

Extremely fresh sushi, the salmon is esp good. Tempura udon is great too, the broth has a lot of veggies which makes it more flavorful. Loved that the rice wasn’t too sweet, and the owner is so nice. My new fave sushi place!

I hate to leave a bad review as the owner is a nice man . But I have to say that the quality of the food was supermarket quality sushi. Nothing like the pictures in the reviews so I am guessing maybe since these reviews are over a year old , maybe the place suffered from the pandemic or something . The fish used is very low grade and the poor owner is doing almost everything himself . Taking orders on the phone while preparing the sushi , it can’t be hygienic to do that . Not a good experience I wouldn’t recommend .

Went here on a whim yesterday afternoon. They were very nice and accommodating. We were given soup before our starters. My boyfriend ordered something that came with a salad, so we both got salads so I “didn’t have to watch him eat.” That was a very nice touch. We both enjoyed our food. Mine was beautifully presented. Very good, affordable. Would recommend!

What a place! From start to finish a class act! The Ramon here was out of this world! The Sushi was super good too! I’m from South Jersey and the drive was worth it! Walked out stuffed and had left overs! Definitely will be making a return!

I gave 1 star because you cannot give 0 star. If you crave sushi go to a wholefoods or Wegmans and buy a prepared package, they will be way better than this place. The shrimp in tempura was not cleaned properly, the ramen came without chicken and three different signature sushi we ordered all came with the same shape and taste. There was no Teriyaki sauce or Yoi Tomo special sauce on the sushi as the menu had promised. Just simple salmon sushi with avocado filling that you can get for $10 at the store but you have to pay double here.
