We first went and got mi quang and pho, and it was so insanely good that we have found every excuse to go back!! Everything we’ve tried has been cooked to perfection, and their broths are flavorful and rich. Last time we went I got the com tan sai gon/Saigon broken rice, and it was so good- I loved that it was so many small bites, with a special mention for how good the salted egg ham was.

Happened upon this beautiful place on their soft opening. The ambiance is absolutely stunning. The food was delicious. Everything tried was very good. I will definitely return to try more options. What I loved so much was that they had a vegetarian Pho. I highly recommend checking out this new restaurant, it’s a worth while experience. A place everyone will enjoy.

One of the best broth experiences I’ve had in ages, hands down! I mean, I’ve gotten down in the weeds in a lotta Pho places. It’s a passion for me and I’ve had a lot of disappointments, places that left me with a little piece of my heart lonely and bruised. Places that only filled your stomach, but didn’t fill anything else, your imagination, or your spirit, or your heart… In every single place there is that crucial moment where you taste the broth and you know. You know whether it’s right. Whether you’re screwed. Or whether it’s gold.

Got the grilled pork, spring rolls rice and salad and it’s quite good…not the best I’ve had in Portland but very tasty for sure, salad is missing bean sprouts. Need to try the pho to really judge the authenticity, pho review coming soon!

Food is delicious and super fresh. Staff is attentive and friendly. Atmosphere is chill and really cozy. Me and the wife both got the Saigon Broken Rice dishes and it was amazing. Also got Salad Rolls to share and they were probably the best I’ve had in Portland. Definitely going to be coming here quite regularly to try everything else.
