Yoshiharu Ramen’s origins began in the scenic northern island of Hokkaido, where tonkotsu (pork broth) based ramen is a staple in Japanese cuisine. Our menu was created and perfected by our master Japanese Chef utilizing the finest and freshest ingredients available. Our mission is to provide our patrons with the most authentic and delicious ramen to tantalize the taste buds. In 2016, we opened our flagship restaurant in Orange, CA and with the love and support of our loyal customers we now have nine additional SoCal locations with many more to open this year. At Yoshiharu Ramen our goal is to share our love and passion for ramen while bringing superior quality food and customer service to the masses.

I ordered the black tonkotsu ramen and it was so surprising. First impression was a punch of umami and roasted spices. Then the peppery creamy broth shown. The flavors even spiced the veggies. It even made me appreciate bamboo shoots. The pork was the best I have ever had. It was a little salty at the end but trust me it was worth it.

My 9 year old son wanted to try ramen. He is very picky so I jumped at the opportunity to take him. We had our dog with us so I asked for it to go. They said kids ramen is only dine in sorry What?!!!!! They don’t serve take out??? Then how do they advertise grub hub?

New place that recently opened up. Inside is well-lit and clean. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted, which is always appreciated. As soon as I sat down, I was attended and given some iced water. Then I got the Chashu Fried Rice and a Fire Crunch Roll. Both were delicious!

Service is terrible. There’s no acknowledgement of people waiting at all.. they turn tables really slow.. theres 4 parties waiting outside and can be seated, yet they haven’t cleaned any tables for 10 min. The wait staff needs to be all fired. Lacks care and hustle.

Worst chicken ramen & karage I’ve had in SoCal. Let’s talk about the ramen the chicken broth had no flavor at all and tasted practically unsalted ( I asked for salt, black garlic oil, and chili oil to add) . The ramen noodles though were cooked to perfection. But good ramen should have both. The karage had no batter or bite to it. They tasted like soggy chicken nuggets. Save yourself the headache, tons of better options in the area.
