We had a great dinner. The special appetizer of oysters were delicious. The rolls were excellent. I had tuna sashimi and enjoyed it. If you’re staying on-site at the Grand Hyatt it’s excellent to have a sushi option.

Had a low expectation when walked in after reading all the negative reviews on here. But actually to my surprise, food was pretty decent. Miso soup however, was super salty, even after I asked our waitress to make it less salty… I don’t think their sushi is as low quality as market grade as some reviews say. They have a small menu though..

Had a wonderful experience at Yoshimi Pop-Up. This restaurant is located within the Grand Hyatt at Vail. The sushi was fresh, and the service was excellent. We absolutely loved the oysters and would definitely go back!

They do not answer their phones. Claim they required 3 day prior to reservation to cancel. If not it’s $50 a person cancellation fee! Will never dine here
