They deserve O stars!! Consumers spend way too much money for Yoshinoya to be selfish with the teriyaki sauce I called to complain to the location in Palmdale, CA. on Rancho Vista Blvd and was told we only put a teaspoon of sauce is what we’re allowed gotta pay extra for more they just lost me as a customer good luck if you don’t have any sauce at home!! I wouldn’t give them an extra penny if I had too!!

I went to redeem my points for a free bowl 400 points, the cashier scanned my phone, then she said Oh I put the wrong bowl type for this. Let me scan it again and of course It said too many transactions in one day. I asked to speak with the manager, and she was very dismissive, she did not even hear what had happened, she just said contact the corporate office. I have copies of the transaction on my phone. I am upset because I love yoshinoya, this location is close to my home and I visit quite often, almost every day. Now I don’t want to go back because of this incident. I have a lot of points left to redeem, but if the cashiers don’t know how to scan and enter the correct information so I can redeem my points they should not be on the register.

A month ago, my entire order from the Lawndale location was horribly cooked and tasted terrible. The rice in both bowls was soggy, the veggies were soggy, the orange chicken was soggy not crisp, and the gyoza pieces were either hard as a rock or coming apart.

I have been trying to corporate office all day. We visit an store location this morning, shift manager was very rude and disrespectful when we asked for refund. The cook which was an male did not have face mask nor beard mask on. The cook and manager thought it was funny. Manager told us that she will not remake order or refund purchase. This is very unacceptable behavior. Any establishment that is dealing with food is supposed to have their male employee where face and bread mask. It took the manager 30 minutes to get the male employee to wear a mask only because other customers was upset as well about the male employee not wearing mask and manager laughing about it.

I went to Yoshida in Garden Grove with my son and got two combos. When I got home and was eating it I bit into what I thought was a bone but when I pulled it out of my mouth it was a piece of wire. I called the restaurant and took it back. I was worried about there being more so I ask for a refund. The manager just said that no one else has complained and brushed it off like it was no big deal. If I would have swallowed it who knows what could have happened.

Don’t wash their hands after cleaning to cook.

Chula Vista location staff routinely closes the restaurant early. Today the doors were locked at 7:58 pm, with 4 customers locked out and unable to order because they also had put cones to block the drive-thru. At a time when several other restaurants are closed, you would think that they would want the business until the 9 pm closing, but no.

Ordered at Stanton location. Beef tasted like year-old-frozen meat. Threw half my meal away.
