This has to be the worse place to eat. Food isn’t prepared correctly and it’s a mess when they give it to you. Cashiers are rude, cooks look unhappy all the time. Tables dirty, floor doesnt look clean. Im surprised they are still in business.

Really nice location, located in the heart of Fullerton. The seating area has a nice little view that looks out onto Chapman and State College, with a little area with palm trees and lemon trees. The food is good, it’s presented very well and I feel like this location is very efficient in getting the order is ready very quickly. I love their teriyaki chicken. The only thing is that it’s not really the cleanest with the sitting area, sometimes the tables are sticky. They also have very limited dining, with only six tables, as they emptied part of the store for Covid precautions.

I was here back in March. I had the worst experience ever in a restaurant. I ordered 3 meals to go. I got fish and chicken for myself. When I got home with the food the fish felt hard, frozen and old. I could hardly put the fork through the fish. And I usually never go back to a restaurant if they messed up on the order but my meal alone was almost $12. So I had to go back and complain. When I got there the manager told me to fuxk off and that she wasn’t gonna give me a new one or give me the money back. She said that my food got hard cuz I used the restroom there at the restaurant. So I ended up calling the cops since she had sold me bad food and ripped me off. But she instead told the cops that I wasn’t allowed there. Shes a short, fat Latina curly hair lady. And she refused to give me her name. I still haven’t called corporate to complain about this manager and this location but ill make some time to call soon. WORST YOSHINOYA LOCATION EVER!! STAY AWAY PEOPLE.

Finish class at 9.10pm, got here around 9.20pm and guess what? Saying that closing at 10pm but locked the door and closed already which is 40 minute early. Disappointed.

I came here twice and they keep to their 3 ginger pack a plate. Even if you order a large plate. I actually got less than the three because I ordered 4 large plates and received 10. I would recommend people go to another yoshinoya if they want more ginger. Usually like 5 to 6 for a large plate. The workers are all nice there but if you want more ginger go else where.

Service was horrible. All the tables were dirty so I asked Arin at the cash register if someone could please clean our table. She curtly said no there are only 2 of us right now even though there were 4. Asked for napkins to clean the table ourselves, still no. She also said we couldn’t bring our own drinks inside even though there wasn’t a sign anywhere stating this. She shouldn’t be at the front if she doesn’t know how to serve customers. Onions were still raw and the rice wasn’t good.

Seeing a downward trend in this place. Employees don’t look happy at all and the food quality is slipping. No more curbside takeout. Also, why do you need 5 signs both outside and inside about no pets or public restrooms? Is there really that big of an issue? The windows are so dirty and half the dining room is blocked off, I hope the kitchen is better maintained than the dining room

The service was phenomenal. Waited less than five minutes to receive my food. I’d give the lobster stew 6/10 b/c they used lots of imitation crab and the bowl was partially filled. It was also salty and tasted full of MSG (more than usual). I would highly recommend their coconut shrimp and teriyaki chicken!

Limited ginger is ridiculous! I love ginger with my Yoshi. But the white girl is so rude about it. I have even offered to pay more. We came as a family of 3 we should have gotten 9 packet according to this sign but she can’t count and only gave us 6.
