The order taker was not too great since he ordered what he wanted and not what I wanted! I asked for teriyaki chicken and Tempura Orange Chicken but got some kind of beef and teriyaki chicken. My gyozas were burnt black! Spring rolls were not spring at all they were tough and hard to bite into all the wrapping and not much filling.

Coupons are definitely a reason why I continue to eat here. Food is not bad but some days it is not up to standards. Wait can go up to +15mins on busy days. On occasions, they sometimes didn’t have enough change for my cash and made me wait or gave them to me in coin rolls. Atmosphere is good and the staff are nice to me

The worst meal i probably ever eaten! To start with the guy had me wait five minutes before he took my order and then once I received my order he didn’t give me my drink he didn’t give me my kids cookie he didn’t give me the Hot sauce I asked for, And the place was dead there’s absolutely no customers behind me or inside. Then once I got home my daughter couldn’t eat her food because the chicken was so hard, stale and dry that she couldn’t even bite into it. Then I open mine to find that my noodles are dry and stuck together i couldn’t tear the noodles apart. I drove 20 minutes in traffic to go get that and it was absolutely terrible!

I continue to eat here because of the coupons, without a doubt. Food is generally good, but occasionally falls short of expectations. On busy days, the wait can be up to 15 minutes. They occasionally gave me coins in rolls when they didn’t have enough change for my cash and forced me to wait. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant.

The cashier (big guy) very rude, slow and NOT TOO POLITE…VERY very slow….long wait…not a great visit to that restaurant…chairs torn apart, ceiling tiles wet and dirty…should have a revamp or remodel.

Xl plate is banging! Boba drinks are actually good. Usually come here once in awhile but now can’t get over the new proportions on xl plate. I’m talking about I want lots of rice and meat and to my surprise they delivered.

This place does take a while to make the food. It took about a good 15 minutes for us to order 2 gyudon bowls and gyozas. The beef wasn’t seasoned much to go well with the amount of rice and vegetables. We would have to try other items to re-rate this place.

Not only very rude , slow service, they gave my order out then when finally after waiting 40 more mins when i did receive my food not only were items missing they did not thoroughly cook my beef the steak was cold and the rice like one scoop i ordered two combos and the side of noodles was suppose to come on a bed of rice i received half a scoop of cabbage no rice . It eas gross and i will never return. Not to this one.
