They have good food here, good employees, but the corporate practice of setting their Boba machine to automatically dispense with half ice is not good. The picture taken was after 10min of me sucking on ice. Not a good value in their Boba. Too much ice!

I don’t know what was going on with them today but service was awful! We waited in the drive thru line for over 45min. I would have gotten out of line if there hadn’t been cars behind me. Felt like they were making/cooking one order at a time. Finally got my order, came home only to realize the food portions they gave us was like a kid meal. I don’t know if they were trying to compensate for the small portions, but they gave what seems like two handfuls of condiments. Very disappointed.

I will never go to this place again. They are slow and mix up orders. We order beef, and got chicken and beef. Their boba drink is deceiving and not full as what they advertise. Manager Mike is also full of himself.

Food tastes great as usual, but the restaurant needs upgrade. Service was super slow at the drive-thru. There were only 3 cars in front of me but waited over 20 + minutes. Staff was not friendly either.

Worse service ever. Picked up my mobile order from drive-thru window. Had to park my car and went back inside twice to pick up the things he forgot to pack. I understand that we’re all human beings. Human errors happened. It was the he “so what” attitude without any apologies that I could not stand. Can’t believe the corporate office is not aware of the common problems many stores have and let the image rot. If In ‘n’ Out and Chic-Fil-A can do it, why can’t they? The order was picked up from the person at the window at 1:15 pm, 04/28/2023.

I don’t personally like this food but my husband does and he has asked me a few times to get him food while he is working from home and this place always takes a long time and every time I come, it’s a longer wait. Today I was stuck in the drive thru for over 50 MINUTES! The most I had waited before was 30minutes which is still too long for drive thru.

Deliberately make my food without vegetables, tried to waved my hand to them they gave me the vegetables without talking to me what happened Rude service, got my order wrong three times, the boba teas are total ripoff most of the portions are just ice cubes and the boba tea just 1/3 of the cup, asked them to make the boba tea with no ice they told me then your drink is only gonna be 1/3 of the cup!

Glad you asked. April 28, 2023 I entered the drive-thru that never moved several cars including mine where stuck in the drive thru so when the car behind me bailed out I parked and went inside Yoshinoya to order my food instead, and still the drive -thru was not moving and only a few customers were in the restaurant. I placed two orders first order I wanted Udon noodles with the meal and the second order I wanted “brown rice”. Well they ran out of both, the cashier told me that they ran out of noodles, but didn’t tell me that they ran out of “brown rice” until “after” my meal was ready. When I FINALLY got my order because they were extremely slow in servicing the drive thru and the people inside I checked my order and they substituted the “brown rice” without me telling me with “white rice” I brought it to their attention and a snotty little peon who was very condensending disrespectful and rude said, “well what do you want?” I told him I want the brown rice I don’t appreciate them switching my order without my knowledge and because I have “dietary restrictions”, he told me I would have to wait. Good thing I was calm and relaxed that day because I would have given him a piece of my mind. The cashier then apologized for not telling
