The cashier took forever to take our order (it seems that their understaffed) and some people even left. When we did finally order the cashier would ask questions concerning our order but was barely audible as she mumbled her words. And when I would ask her to repeat herself she gave an annoyed look everytime. Customer service here sucks but is not the worst you’ll experience in the world. We did get our food quickly but a good amount if it tasted like cleaning products (maybe soap?). We also ordered boba and the milk tea was not only too sweet but the flavor was also wrong, so I do not recommend. The Thai tea flavor was more on point. Overall, I do not reccomend.

Came in for lunch and the place was busy. Waited in line about 10 minutes before placing my order. Got the XL combo ( teriyaki ribeye steak & habanero chicken ) with white rice and udon noodles Everything was really good the food came out fast and the restaurant was clean. Will definitely be back

Worst service here. When we got there the one guy looked like a manager and just stared at us for a while while leaning up against the cash register near the drive thru. More concerned about the drive thru They are rude and just didn’t seem to care about the inside. They just stare at you from behind the counter and don’t bother offering help. We finally get our food. I ask for extra ginger and cashier Juanita tells me to wait while she takes the other person’s order. Are you kidding me. After waiting almost 20 minutes at this point to order our food. The only good thing about this place is the food taste and the clean store. Service is terrible. No wonder they weren’t busy when we got there. Then another man walks in Juanita doesn’t bother to acknowledge him and he is standing there waiting to get helped. They really need to hire more staff and understand that customer service is important for return customers. I’m sure the owners would not be happy to hear that their store is losing business because of the service.

The young lady that waited on us was very inattentive. After we paid she never said thank you or gave us our receipt, she simply just walked away. We sat down and saw her say goodbye to her coworkers so now we know why she basically ignored us when we were ordering, she was almost off. Well young young you better learn that until you clock out you better treat your customers better….she was extremely rude.

Horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru Saturday 7/8/23. Around 1pm. The lady with the bad teeth was very rude. She rushed me to order. Then when I got to the window I ask for extra sauce, she said her line was very long and I should of asked before. It was literally only 1car behind me. I asked to speak to the manager, told him what happened and all he said was OK. It was obvious he didn’t care. Besides that food was bad, I usually like Yoshinoya,not today. I would never come back to this location.

I don’t know where to begin, I am 44 yrs old and I swear that is some of the worse food ever, my wife said the beef looked like tripe and the chicken had uncooked skin with Veges that looked a day old. I don’t think I’ve ever thrown my food away immediately(I nibbled on some of the rice) I resorted to eating frozen burritos. No joke! I live here in MoVal and I would never embarrass a place by writing bad reviews. I’ve been trying to call but no one is answering. I’m gonna try to contact the manager tomorrow. He needs to be made aware.
