This placed used to be good, but they’ve lost their mojo. Portions have shrunk too. Customer service is sub par. They are unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. They need to be properly trained to respect and value their customers.

Great fast food chain for quick beef bowl. The atmosphere is clean and workers were nice and respectful. FYI, download the Yoshinoya app in your ios or android device and sign up for an account. You can get a small bowl for free with a purchase of a drink. 3 stars only because after I ate the food it mess up my stomach.

The Drive through server was the most rude server I have ever talked to. I was just looking at the menu and he started attacking me for being so slow. I then proceeded to ask for a bowl and he asked if I wanted vegetables and I said yes and he started bickering about how I should have said so in the first place. There is something wrong with this drive through worker it says on the receipt his name is Paisol R

The drive thru and the road to get to it is awful. They started construction and have done nothing with it. The road is uneven and parking is horrible. Inside is very nice. There’s alot room for big parties. Food was good but employee attitude isn’t the best. Very unhappy and grumpy when taking order.

So it was after all local boba shops have closed, and I needed a boba fix. Came to Yoshinoya cz they were open and makes their boba proper. This is not a complaint about the server, he was just following management’s instruction. This is about the quality of the boba milk tea I got tonight.

Don’t know if there is a food shortage at this location, but everytime I come to this particular location, the portions are very small. They give you a good amount of rice, just not enough of everything else. I ordered a combo plate today and I literally only got 2 1/2 pieces of chicken. If you have the time to go to a different Yoshinoya location, do so! I’ve never had a bad experience with the employees, but the food portions are very very small and not worth it in my opinion.

Although the interior has face-lifted, the service back to, lousy as before. The grill must be rarely cleaned, the fish came out picking up all the charred elements. They are using ordered protein as an cleaning agent. Let alone, not following instruction, while acknowledging at the register on no juice instruction, on one hand; turned out something else, where my order was flooded inside the container. A pathetic joint with a zombie bunch, year round of Halloween, without giving a care!

Most rude interaction in the drive-thru – the man was speaking in a sarcastic, mocking tone while rolling his eyes. Very creepy and weird, he should not be working anywhere.
