I went to sit at my table, the table is dirty and sticky. Pulled out my food and it looked like a third of a serving of the beef I get at other locations. I asked them because I thought it must be a mistake. She asked me if I ate any of it… and then proceeded to insist it’s just rolled up in from the bag. I spread it out and it still looks like half at best. It is extremely rude to be accused of eating the meat that is clearly being skimped on here. Will not return to this location…

My kids are the ones who like to come here so I let them rate it. The customers service is pleasant, the restrooms were clean, music is ok, and the food good. Reasonably priced for $10 two large bowls.

The chicken is good, the beef tastes like it was boiled with an old sock, it’s disappointing they used to have more than rice and vegetables as a side. Now it’s a small menu and mediocre food.

Careful when ordering via the Yoshinoya App. I picked up my order and it looked like someone picked at it and was old. When i ask the manager if i could have a fresh one made she told me to go f myself and to talk to corporate. i walked out leaving my entire order behind. No food, out $40, and left feeling insulted. Rose who is the manager had the worst attitude and zero customer service skills. The cashier Stacey tried to fix the issue but was stopped by her manager. Give Stacey the management position. She is more willing to help but clearly had her hands tied by a manager who had a horrible attitude.

Ordered through the app and got it delivered 10 mins before scheduled time. Food was good (Original beef and orange chicken), but not great. Sizes were good as well (regular Bowl) – one bowl is enough for one meal. Can’t complain.

Diana L was one of the most rudest cashier’s that had an attitude the moment me & my family walked in not even acknowledging we were ready to order. No sign speifcying that the bathroom was out of order and telling everyone it doesn’t work while rolling her eyes. I have never came across a yoshinoya business with a lack of customer service skills, I have been coming to yoshinoya for years and have never been treated this way. Not only does she lack the skills necessary to communicate with others, she does NOT demonstrate patience and understanding. I was not the only person that noticed her behavior it is completely unacceptable. To have to bear and watch her treat customers this way is absolutely disgusting and disappointing. Therefore, still managed to get the order wrong. CORPORATE OBVIOUSLY NEEDS TO REVIEW THIS RESTAURANT.

food is decent. sadly the brown rice was overcooked and basically turned to mush when i went to eat it at my office. staff weren’t really nice but more busy but they were helpful and the location is new and clean. unlike other yoshinoya locations this one served up the food pretty quickly and other than the mushy brown rice, overall it wasn’t bad. HINT: check your mailbox for junk mail flyers for really good coupons

We got the two item combo with noodles, vegetables, chicken and one of the beef options. We had high hopes with the new noodles. They were tasty but one of the beef options had major amounts of skin and fat instead of actual beef, like a good 25% of it and the chicken was supposed to be skinless and it had skin on it. We also requested extra teriyaki sauce in which we paid the extra 70 something cents but never received it. The noodle option is much better than the just the plain rice and the teriyaki sauce is delicious. Maybe next time It will be a better experience.
